Modify civil rights law relating to employment

SUMMARY:

  • Changes the statute of limitations for filing lawsuits, related to employment discrimination, brought under Ohio law from six (6) years to two (2) years; 
  • Changes definition of employer by excluding those acting in an employer's interest.
