Ohio House Bill 2 - Civil Rights Laws
Modify civil rights law relating to employment
- Changes the statute of limitations for filing lawsuits, related to employment discrimination, brought under Ohio law from six (6) years to two (2) years;
- Changes definition of employer by excluding those acting in an employer's interest.
