Ohio Senate Bill 29 - Medicaid Copayments

Regarding Medicaid copayment requirements.

SUMMARY:

Prohibits the Department of Medicaid from charging a copayment to a Medicaid recipient if the have a developmental disability or serious mental illness and their sole source of income is Social Security disability insurance, Supplemental Security Income, or both.
