Ohioans invited to share voting stories during U.S. Commission on Civil Rights Committee meetings

The Ohio Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights is currently conducting a study of voting rights in Ohio and asked Disability Rights Ohio to share our voting concerns impacting people with disabilities. The Committee has scheduled two online public meetings Friday, March 2 and Friday, March 9. Kerstin Sjoberg-Witt, Director of Advocacy at Disability Rights Ohio, will be presenting during the March 2 hearing, along with Daniel Tokaji, Associate Dean of the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and Catherine Turcer, Executive Director of Common Cause Ohio.
At the end of each meeting, the public will be invited to share their stories, as time allows. The participation information for each meeting can be found below. To see and hear the meeting, you must connect to both the visual feed online and the audio feed by phone.
