A managed care plan is a health insurance company the Ohio Department of Medicaid pays to provide health care services to some people. Ohio is in the process of changing the way it contracts services for Medicaid with managed care companies. Now is a crucial time for the public to weigh in on issues and concerns they have had with their managed care companies.
