Ohio Olmstead Task Force joins oppostion to HB 333

The Ohio Olmstead Task Force, a statewide coalition of individuals and disability rights advocates, recently sent a letter to Representative Michael Stinziano, expressing concerns with HB 333, legislative measure he introduced that would single out people with disabilities and require additional notice and time delays prior to the filing of any ADA or other accessibility lawsuits.
