Update on DRO's Public Intake Process
Dear Friends and Supporters,
In response to the Coronavirus emergency, DRO has closed our physical office to the public but we are continuing to provide information and advocate for our clients through remote operations.
DRO is following the recommendations of public health officials in assuring that the health and safety of our staff and clients is priority one. Effective immediately DRO staff will be working from remote locations and will have limited access to office phones.
Our public intake phone line continues to function, but we have switched to voicemail only. Please leave a message in our main voicemail system by pressing five and your call will be returned by a staff person during our regular business hours.
