En todo lo que hacemos en DRO, intentamos proporcionar recursos que se adapten a las personas en su situación actual. Es por eso que esta semana nos complace lanzar nuestras Guías de Consejos Sobre Defensa para la promoción de la educación, disponibles tanto en español como en inglés.
Por mucho que queramos que el verano nunca termine, la temporada escolar se acerca rápidamente. Es por eso que estamos felices de compartir estas ocho Guías de Consejos Sobre Defensa para usted y sus seres queridos en su aldea para ayudarlo a navegar por todo el sistema de Educación Especial. Y escuchamos alto y claro a aquellos de ustedes en la comunidad de habla hispana: que la educación especial es una batalla cuesta arriba constante, especialmente cuando no es en su idioma nativo.

In everything we do at DRO, we try to provide resources that meet people where they currently stand. That’s why this week, we are excited to launch our Education Advocacy Tip Sheets, available in both Spanish and English.
As much as we want summer to never end, the school season is fast approaching. That’s why we are happy to share these eight Advocacy Tip Sheets for you and the loved ones in your village to help you navigate the entire Special Education system. And we heard those of you in the Spanish-speaking community loud and clear – that Special Education is a constant uphill battle, especially when it’s not in your native language.
We want to thank our amazing Education team for crafting these resources in both languages and thank YOU for having the courage to speak up for what you need from us.
